Sell Your House Kit- Instructions

Step 1: WHITE CANDLE

This candle has been blessed with special oil designed to assist in blessing your home. Clear your mind and set the

intention of peace, love and calm in your home. You’ll want to write your intentions on the outside of the candle. You can write words like prosperity, good health, security, peace, love, etc. in permanent marker. Light the candle to begin the blessing. Allow the candle to burn until it is done. If you don't want to leave the candle unattended then you can relight it when you are ready. DO this step first.

Step 2: BLESSING SALT

Sprinkle the salt around your doors and window sills as desired (inside or outside the home) to clear the energy

going in and out. This salt can be used in a bath to clear away negative energy from a person/ people.

Step 3: WHITE SAGE WITH JUPITER

Sage is an herb that is burned to clear away negative energy while the Juniper brings in positivity and

financial abundance. Light the sage bundle and lightly blow out the flame. Use the smoke to clear unwanted energy from yourself and your home. Make sure to walk with the sage and get the smoke in all of the areas of your house including closets and cabinets. Be thorough. It is also very helpful to have your windows open during this process. Be sure to use an ashtray or something similar to catch the ash as the sage burns. Remember that your sage may burn longer if there is more negative energy to clear. Do not leave unattended. Step 4: OUTSIDE STONES- Use the stones in the bag with 4 large clear Quartz & 4 Rose Quartz (not included for apartments)

Clear quartz clears away negative and unwanted energy while the rose quartz carries the energy of love.. Place one clear quartz stone & one rose quartz stone outside of your home at the property corners. This blend of stones will help people see and fall in love with your home. You do not have to bury it unless you want to or you think it will be taken. If you do bury it there is no depth that is required-just use your judgment.

Step 5: INSIDE STONES

Your kit contains bags of stones based on the size of your home. You can leave the stones in the bags when

you place them or you can take them out. Place each bag in each corner of the inside of your home. (If you have two stories in your home, etc you will need to do each floor.) These do not go in the corner of each room but in the furthest corners of the house. Please include the basement. If you have pets or are worried about children, etc you can place them up high or even in a cabinet. It doesn’t make a difference. The energy of the stones on each level create an energetic grid. This grid continues long after you finish saging and clearing your space.

WHAT THE STONES REPRESENT:

Clear quartz (clear): Clears away negative and unwanted energy, allowing focus and stability

Rose Quartz (Pink): Carries the energy of love and healing vibrations to help replace negative energy with the energy of love

Citrine (Yellow or Deep Golden Yellowish Brown): Carry the energy of prosperity, opportunity & wealth

Step 6: SCROLL

Begin by writing down your aspirations and vision of what selling your home looks like. You can also write down anything

you think you may want to let go of when you part ways with the home as well. Keep the scroll in the money corner of your

home (see bagua map below. Once you tie the ribbon do not open it again until after your home has sold and you move into your new home. When you open it see if what you manifested came to be almost exactly as it was written.

Step 7:  THANK YOU CARD

The simple act of writing a thank you note and leaving it for the next owner will bless the house for the next

owners, When you move, leave the thank you note. It will attract prosperity for you AND them.

TIP: When you move empty as much dirt out of your vacuum cleaner as possible AND replace your broom. This helps you not bring old habits, patterns and beliefs that don’t serve you anymore.
